I just finished reading this guys book. Complete Keynesian. He touts that only the government can save us and that the Tea party will undo all the good of money printing. This guy thinks that only massive government spending will spark innovation and new industries. Yeh like Solyndra. Government only sparks waste and brings out the sociopaths like Obama and Soros.
The comment above I believe should have been directed to the article above (Richard Duncan's book) not at the Peter Schiff video. Schiff looks at Keynesianism like it is devil worshiping. It is fairly safe to say that Duncan and Schiff have a different perspective on how matters should be handled. I study both.
He doesn't believe in sponsoring private entities. He believes in complete nationalization. The government would charge for energy coming off of the grid to repay the investment.
An advocate for austerity posing as a critic of austerity.
