Sorry For My Absence

I apologize for the lack of writing over the past few weeks. I've been working very long days and traveling. There is a lot to discuss with China's devaluation, U.S. stocks finally beginning to stumble, economic data deteriorating, real estate analysis and a big meeting for the Fed in September.
